Terms of Service
This is the agreement between you (the business using Orvia Hub) and BRONI&BO LTD. Orvia Hub is built for businesses, so consumer cancellation rights for online purchases don't apply.
Version 1.0 · Last updated September 2026
1. Who we are and who this is for
Orvia Hub ("Orvia", "we", "us") is a trading name of BRONI&BO LTD, registered in England and Wales, company number 14400104, registered office 17 Birch Avenue, West Parley, Ferndown, England, BH22 8PG.
Orvia is supplied for business use only. By signing up you confirm you are acting for a business and that you are authorised to enter into this agreement on its behalf. If you are not authorised, do not sign up.
2. Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for everything done through your account.
- You must give us accurate business details and keep them up to date — some of them appear on your public website.
- You may invite team members. You remain responsible for what they do in your account.
3. Plans, prices and payment
- The Free plan is genuinely free. We never take a card for it and we never upgrade you automatically.
- Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Prices are shown on our pricing page and exclude VAT unless stated.
- By starting a paid plan you separately authorise the recurring payment. We show you the amount and frequency before you confirm.
- Optional add-ons — phone numbers, text messaging, web addresses — are charged in addition, at the price shown when you buy them.
- If a payment fails we'll try again and email you. We may suspend paid features while an amount is overdue.
4. The no-leads billing pause
On our paid subscription plans, if your account receives no enquiries in the period described on our guarantee page, we pause collection automatically and restart it when your next enquiry arrives. You don't have to ask.
5. Cancelling, and deleting your account — they are different
- Cancelling a paid plan stops future payments. Your account stays open and your data stays put; you drop to the Free plan at the end of the paid period.
- Deleting your account is permanent. Your website comes down and your enquiries, customers and job records are removed. We cannot undo it.
- You can do either at any time from your account settings. We keep the minimum records we're legally required to keep (for example invoices) and any suppression records needed so we don't contact people who asked us not to.
- A web address you have bought through us belongs to you and is not deleted with your account — see clause 7.
6. Your responsibilities for your own customers
Your website, your enquiry forms and your customer records are yours. When your customers' details are stored in Orvia, you decide how they are used and we act on your instructions. That means:
- You must publish an accurate privacy notice for your customers. We generate one from your details and you can edit it.
- You must only send marketing to people who have given you permission through the channel you're using. Orvia enforces this, but the legal duty is yours.
- You must not upload contact lists you don't have permission to market to.
- Our Data Processing Agreement forms part of these terms.
7. Web addresses (domains)
- When you buy a web address through us, you are the legal owner and registrant of that address. It is registered in your name and with your contact details.
- Renewals are yearly. We remind you before a renewal is due and take payment before renewing.
- If a renewal payment fails, your site stays live for a 14-day grace period while we chase it, after which the address may lapse. Keeping the address active is ultimately your responsibility.
- Registry rules require your contact details to be verifiable. If verification isn't completed the address can be suspended by the registry, not by us.
8. Phone numbers, calls and messages
- Phone numbers and messaging are optional paid add-ons supplied through our telephony provider.
- Calls may be answered by an AI assistant if you switch it on. You are responsible for telling callers if calls are recorded or transcribed, and our wording is provided as a starting point.
- You must not use numbers or messaging for unsolicited marketing, and you must follow the rules on electronic marketing.
9. Acceptable use
You must not use Orvia to publish unlawful, misleading or harmful content, to impersonate another business, to break another provider's rules, or to attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
10. Availability and support
We work hard to keep Orvia available but we don't promise it will never be interrupted. We may make changes and improvements, and we'll avoid removing features you rely on without notice. Support is provided by email during UK business hours.
11. Content and intellectual property
- You keep ownership of your content — your logo, photos, text and customer data. You grant us permission to host and display it so we can run your website and account.
- We keep ownership of Orvia itself, including the software, templates and branding.
- AI-assisted drafts and images are provided as suggestions. You are responsible for checking anything you publish.
12. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that, we are not liable for lost profits, lost business, lost enquiries, loss of goodwill or indirect losses, and our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.
This clause caps our liability. It is written to be fair for a low-cost business subscription and should be reviewed by a solicitor before you rely on it.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Each version is numbered and dated, and we keep a record of the version you agreed to. If a change materially affects you, we'll email you and, where it needs your agreement, ask you to accept the new version next time you sign in.
14. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. Please contact us at hello@orviahub.app first — most things are sorted out with an email.
