Quotes and invoices raised straight from the job
Paperwork is where most trade businesses lose money: quotes that never went out, invoices raised weeks late, jobs finished and never billed. In Orvia a quote is raised from the job in front of you, and an accepted quote becomes an invoice with one tap.
Available on: Starter (£29/month): unlimited quotes, 5 invoices a month. Pro (£79/month) and Enterprise: unlimited.
Quote while you are still standing in the kitchen
Add lines, quantities and prices on your phone, and send. The customer gets a clean, branded document with your logo and your terms — not a text message with a number in it.
Accepted quote becomes an invoice
Your customer can accept the quote from their own portal link, which is recorded with a date and time. When the work is done, the quote converts to an invoice keeping all the lines, so nothing gets mistyped.
Numbering, VAT and payment tracking
Quote and invoice numbers run in sequence automatically. VAT is optional per business and off by default, so sole traders below the threshold are not forced to show it. You mark invoices as paid yourself, and Orvia shows what is unpaid and what is overdue.
Print or save as a PDF
Any quote or invoice can be printed or saved as a PDF from the browser for your records or your accountant, with no extra software.
