Free runs on an orviahub.app address and keeps 5 enquiries a month — anything after that is saved but stays locked until you upgrade. The £15 Website plan runs on your own web address (we can buy it for you from £29 a year) and keeps every enquiry, in one simple list. It does not include a phone number, missed-call text back, SMS or the AI receptionist. Numbers & Messaging can be added separately to a paid plan, so you only pay for it when you need it. Phone usage is charged in units and is never bundled into the website subscription.
